Blog Post 5: Barn Conversion - Some Progress

October 2022 - there’s been some progress at the barn - stud work has appeared in some of the rooms :-)

I’ve decided my heating system will be an air source heat pump, apparently if I insulate the bejeezus out of the walls, I’ll be energy efficient.

It seems to be taking ages for Octopus Energy to connect electricity to the barn - they tell me there is a shortage of engineers :-(
